As co-founder and president of GreenJobInterview.com, Greg Rokos provides strategic direction for the company and is responsible for marketing the solution through client meetings, conferences, speaking engagements, key channel partnerships and other activities.
Prior to forming GreenJobInterview.com, Rokos, an 18-year veteran of the recruiting industry, served as founder and president of The Rokos Group, a nationally recognized executive search and consulting firm. In this position, Rokos conducted thousands of interviews, both in-person and through video conferencing technologies. Greg's experience led him to the realization that there was a significant opportunity for an improved video conferencing experience exclusively tailored for job interviews. This experience was the inspiration for the creation of GreenJobInterview.com, the leader in live virtual interviews.
As an industry expert, Greg has been interviewed by NBC, CBS, Fast Company, HR Executive, HR Magazine and many other media outlets. Rokos has presented at numerous national industry conferences including ERE and HERC. He has been invited to speak at national talent acquisition meetings by FORTUNE 500 companies including Walmart, PepsiCo, Disney and Waste Management.
Greg has an unyielding commitment to customer satisfaction and is unusually motivated by exceeding his clients' expectations. Rokos currently resides in southern California and holds a bachelor's degree with honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
